I reserved a room for my daughter on points. As it turned out her travel did not allow her to stay in the room - she had to go to another town. She didn't call to cancel and now my credit card was charged for a night's stay at the hotel. I didn't get the points back. Hope charging for non canceled points night is not standard practice, I would prefer to lose the points than be charged the money. I don't want to have her pay either
