Where is it that you actually got this XML rate code in the first place?

I just booked a hotel for Downtown Chicago yesterday, and got a great rate for January, and this code (which I have never seen or heard of before) will beat that rate for the same hotel by exactly $15.00.

Please take note, it is not listed on the "STICKY" thread "Publicly Usable List of Marriott Reservation Codes" why is that? (I am quite sure that there are several publicly usable rate codes that are not listed on the "STICKY" thread list.
