Platinum members get a welcome amenity that consists of one or two bottles of water and a small package of cookies. The amount of water and size of cookies can vary from property. The general standard is one liter of water and four Milano cookies, although I have gotten as much as 50 ounces of water and half a pound of Fig Newtons.

Along with gold members, platinum members are entitled to free local phone calls and up to 15 pages of free outgoing faxes per day of stay.
