The obvious choices are Shanghai, Tokyo and Osaka, as almost all the pax are inbound Chinese and Japanese people, so hardly anyone is an NZ elite.
My choice, however, is a 747 service (AKL-HKG-LHR or AKL-LAX-LHR) - if you book Premium Economy you are very likely to get upgraded.
Closer to home, any 767 service to the Pacific islands is a good choice.
