Yup, I mean't the elite security line before, which I would guess is open at that hour because a lot of BA flights depart around then as well. But that also means that at check-in, there could possibly be a lot of J/F BA passengers as well. No BA or IB flights take off in the afternoon, so for me checking in has never been a problem and that's probably why the elite security line is rarely open then.
