Reshuffling. It doesn't mean the 733s go directly to LCY. They go to someplace that could use them to replace RJs which in turn can go to LCY. (Airplane moves between routes are rarely as simple as take a plane from this route and put the exact same plane on the exact same utilisation schedule on that route.)
