The flights between TPA and EYW are operated by Gulfstream International, which is a NWA partner (you can find it listed on
http://www.nwa.com/worldperks/earn/a...tml#gulfstream)
The flight from Sarasota is operated by Cape Air DBA Continental Connection, and Cape Air is not a partner. Anyone operating as Continental Express is fine, but if it's a Continental Connection flight then you're usually out of luck, with just a few exceptions.
(Learned this the hard way on a PIT-CLE segment. Oh well.)
