I don't argue with your point. But what really surprised me was that I wasn't checking in to the IC early. It was 4:00pm. But the front desk person checking me wanted to let me know that if I were to ever check in early, there would be a specific charge and then she went into exactly what it would be for 1 hr early, 2 hrs early, 3 hrs early, etc. It sounded to me that they didn't care about occ levels at all. This was the rule and they follow it.
