I'd like to report that I've just had an excellent experience ticketing a DCIR26 through the CX TPE office.
I faxed them the itinerary (number on CX website) and had a response back via email the next day with the itinerary and record locater. Pricing was given the following day. Faxed them my credit card and they ticketed same day (e-ticket). Received confirmation via email. English communication was excellent.
