I had one (prime burger) a couple of weeks ago on a trip to upstate NY. wasn't sure what to expect, but the burger was very good and it looked like the restaurant had been recently remodeled and was pretty nice for a chain. of those mentioned in other posts, this is definitely a step up. I'm not the biggest fan of these american chain restaurants, but I went to ruby's for the first time in several years. The menu went upscale and the prices stayed about the same. I had a triple prime burger and found it very good. I was quite impressed. They have a new cocktail menu with "cool" martinis and new appetizers. The spinach-artichoke dip was also very well. I would go back again.
