Welcome to the new and improved USAirways. "We hate repeat customers and will do anything for a buck and our stock price is still falling like a rock" has become their new motto.

I was CP all but one year since the program was invented (1997) and Preferred Plus (but at the CP milage level) before that - barely Silver this year due to a family trip to Hawaii.
