I stayed two times at this property last week. My experience was excellent. Got upgraded to the suite. The room is divided into three separate rooms. Right side is the living room, includes desk, sofa, LCD TV, mini-bar. In the middle is a large bathroom, with two separate sinks, free-standing bath tub in the middle of the room, shower and toilet areas. The bedroom is on the left side. The bed is comfortable. The suite was very nice.

The lounge on 37th floor is excellent. It faces the river (Hunagpujiang). You can see the bund and the Pudong areas. At 6:30pm, the buildings lighted up. The view from the lounge was very nice. The lounge also has a nice selectioni of food and drinks.

Breakfast was served on 1st floor cafe. It was comp to plat. I don't know why the previous poster complained about the breakfast. To me, it's a very good breakfast, with many varieties. They have made-to-order noodles and eggs. The cafe has very interesting design. The food was spread at several corners, so you have to walk a bit to get the food.

We also tried the cafe for dinner. We ordered the south-east asian dishes and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality. They were excellent. Prices were very reasonable (CNY50-60). The restaurant was not busy and the waiters were very attentive. The lights at the cafes changes color with time, and provided interesting ambience.

I also stayed at the 4pts next door. Although I got upgraded to a suite, my stay was only so so. All the problems previous poster described for the Sheraton were gone. The hotel is totally ready for business. I can whole-heartedly recommend this place.
