I enjoy this hotel a lot - it's my most common Seattle hotel. Oddly enough, it has my corp rate available far more often than the other 4 downtown Marriotts - and it's by far the nicest overall property. The others aren't bad by any stretch - just not quite as good as the Waterfront.

Two years ago this was reversed: I always stayed at the Renaissance because my corp rate was never available at Waterfront. I'm not sure why it changed...perhaps more business travelers prefer the Renaissance location over Waterfront. In any case, I'm not complaining. Nice lounge, clean rooms, great staff, good restaurant.
