The last time I used an ECV (which was for a fare reduction), nwa.com asked me if I had another ECV that I also wanted to use.
Correct; the OP wasn't specific as to what the ECVs were from.
I know that part is copied directly from nwa.com in its entirety, but the part I made bold seems to be incomplete and/or contradictory. Are they referring to the free ticket (paper) TCVs in that part in bold, or could it be a typo for ECV?
I think it's clear, but my interpretation may be incorrect. From the way I see it, the travel agent can make the
reservation, but cannot apply the ECV (e.g.,
ticket the flight). Ticketing must be done by the NW ressie agents.
