I know that part is copied directly from nwa.com in its entirety, but the part I made bold seems to be incomplete and/or contradictory. Are they referring to the free ticket (paper) TCVs in that part in bold, or could it be a typo for ECV?
that's exactly what im confused about because in the first it says NW, "KLM and travel agents may make reservations or issue tickets on NW 012 or KL 074 ticket stock against a paper TCV redeemed as Dollar Amount TCV."...but the sentence after that says that it must be redeemed "on nwa.com or by a Northwest reservations or ticketing location."
That's contradictory to what was said before...
