Depends on the departure time from PER - at the moment, they all leave a minute or two after 00:00, so arrival would be the same day as departure (IF you want to be really pedantic).
Hysterically though, some ERr-east cost flights have left just before midnight.

Then you should not be permitted into the PER lounge since your visit would not be on he day you are travelling on a OneWorld flight.
