My apologies for not being more clear,
Plainsman. I (mistakenly) believed that people would assume I was referring to Mr. Beef on Orleans, much the same way most people think I'm going to France and not Illinois when I say that I'm headed to Paris for vacation.
And yes, I'm quite aware of Chicago's leadership when it comes to encased meats.
