Armawillo Dilly's (as my kids called it) is not only nowhere near as good as real BBQ, it's not worthy in many ways. Try Uncle Frank's on Old Middlefield and Rengstorff instead of Willy's.
Know any good places on the Peninsula? I liked Austin's in MV when I lived down there (since closed AFAIK) and Big Nate's up in the city, but around RWC/San Meteo etc all I know is Willy's
