Went thru there last week on domestic F and for the 1st time was forced to use the baggage check-in kiosk and then wait at the counter for someone to
tag the bag and give me the tags. That's all that person did..... I asked about trying to see if my return flight upgrade had cleared and was told to do that at the gate. At the gate the agent apologized and said they have no UA employees out front anymore, just contractors. How long has that been going on?
