Usually if you travel on *A and have *G status you get lounge access, this applies to pretty much every single frequent program within the *A with the exception of UA and US where you only get lounge access outside the US and when travelling internationally.

So in your case it depends, if you decide to switch to another *A program other than UA and US and manage to attain *G status you will always have lounge access everywhere, including US domestic.
