If you have to go to the airport to authorize and sign for the transfer of your SWU, make sure to ask the CSR to do the following:

1. In SSR field that it shows as HK holding confirmed, for all confirmed upgrade segments
2. In United field, add a comment that you were at the airport, showed your ID, authorized and signed for the transfer of your one SWU

Lastly, give your giftee a gift letter with:

1. Your MP number
2. Your MP mailing address
3. Your cell phone number
4. How you sponsored the SWU
