We had an extensive discussion on this topic on the Budapest Hilton thread
recently.
Personally I prefer the Westend, more intimate, better staff and food and you can use your laptop to access the internet (Castle Hill has PCS - which always seemed occupied) that said both lounges are quite good, I wouldnt book my stay in either hotel soley based the respective lounges.
