Well, as we used to always says here. QF always looking at ways to cut WP's benefits. This year had been a quite year for me in terms on traveling. 360SC with no QF flights, am I on my way to hell back by end of this month. As I did not receive any letter/e-mail from QF, I'm sure I'm not in the free renew slot. But would they throw me right back to silver, that is the question I have for myself at the mean time.
From my own experience, you never know what QF will do. I have been WP for the past 7 years and my membership year ends 31 May. In February of this year I had 450 SCs and 2 QF sectors with no prospect of doing any more flying before August. I was resigned to getting knocked back to SG but, at the end of February, my new WP card arrived. Go figure.
