Maybe I should have qouted the section I was refering to, however maybe I missed it I was in the first OP forum. My comment was aimed at the fact that the standard answer from a very small % of GAs is that "First Class is Sold Out" without even looking at your BP and the screen.

Personally it seems I run across this allot at EWR.
