I'm getting frustrated with this.
I sent in my request form in late August. Terms say they will call you in 2 weeks.
About Sept 29 I received an automated message saying that they (a live agent) would call within 1 week.
Yesterday another taped message says they would call by Oct 18th.
This service is very poor. I am eager to finalize my reservations.
