Bellavista is not far from the Sheraton ... a little too far to walk at night, I would take a taxi.
The 4-points is right in Providencia, which has some nice restaurants.
Bellavista is full of great restaurants and many clubs - and has cleaned up substantially over the past 5 years or so. The Sheraton is up the hill and while I've walked it, it is an easier walk if you cross the river, eating up time. However, a taxi ride is about CL$1.200. The Four Points (on the other side of the river from the Sheraton and from Bellavista) is a flat walk, but I think it is a little further out. Your closest metro to both should be Pedro de Valdivia, but the metro stops quite early (before 23:00).
