I am not sure what nightlife you are looking for? I have seen Bellavista only during the day .. boring, not very clean. BTW, it looks like the Crowne Plaza might be in walking distance to Bellavista.
Bellavista is not far from the Sheraton ... a little too far to walk at night, I would take a taxi.
The 4-points is right in Providencia, which has some nice restaurants.
