With a purported loss of $650,000 a week, it is difficult to imagine that the owners of the SuperFerry can afford to sit tight waiting for the ongoing legal wrangling to play itself out.
I think some of the funding came from Municipal Bonds (?) issued by the State of Hawai'i, for harbor improvements? I don't know who's going to repay those bonds. Somebody help?
