All I can say is I can hear the comments from other passengers in line, and I wonder how many will try to follow suit.
NW and CO have had similar lines for some time and passengers seem to be used to it. It'll take time for DL gate agents and infrequent passengers to figure it out.
When I used Breezeway last week in ATL, a man from the regular line who I was supposed to "cut" threw his shoulder and the rest of himself in front of the gate agent and blocked me from getting my boarding pass scanned. I guess he REALLY had to get on the plane.
