Hehe--this is great! I've never thought of FT as a live connecting place. It'd be hilarious if five or six other FTers were on your train and saw your note and you all met up!

Actually, if we ever do get decent Internet service on planes, it'd be hilarious if we saw threads for people saying "I'm on UA 2092 in seat 29F--anyone else on this flight?" and we saw five or six responses...

Wonder what the "rescue train" is. Probably just a helper engine (or, another train that can attach on to this one) to "rescue" another train with a dead locomotive (that's the industry term for this situation).
