1. Book revenue NW/DL/Alaska flights at Continental.com. I can book reward tickets, but I can't purchase revenue tickets. For people who travel multiple cities trips, this will make our life easier.

2. My own pages with special offers tailor to me. AA.com does a good job on this. AA.com lists fare alert from my cities and routes I travel frequently.

3. Have “Deal finders”. Another AA.com feature. There is nothing more frustrated when you book a flight for $400 and the next day it drops to $300. I choose AA over CO several times because of their deal finders.
