Trying to redeem some business class tix for Beijing in early Aug 08. The CX sites says all CX flights full but lots of availability on KA, all flights, all days. So I tried to redeem 3 tickets. Once I click on the button it says there is a system error.
So I call the hotline and they say all flights full.
What is going on?
somewhere down the pipe lies some stupidity. i saw F class upgrade availability a few times but it always end up being nothing useful
