This link has some factual omissions. The office building isn't just nearby. It is deliberately close. It was the HQ for the Westlin Oil Co. and was built to similarly high standards. Among other things, the glass is bullet-proof. Strangely, there is no tunnel connecting the underground bunker to the building. The bunker was originally hidden under a small lake that was between the pagodas. The lake is no longer there.
