Re: the lobby coffee at Coronado Springs -- I've never seen it offered there. CS is a convention hotel, so perhaps when you were visiting they had set up a special coffee service because a large group was checking in.

I won't be at WDW for the Epcot celebration. I do know that Imagineer Marty Sklar will be giving a talk, there will be a rededication ceremony and they'll be opening a 25th anniversary gallery showing drawings, models and memorabilia. Enjoy!
