I travel Delta more than most other carriers, and T2/3 remains one of the worst and most disorganized facilities I've encountered (long transfer times, inconveniently placed lounges and chaotic checkin and security setups). It would be nice to think that all this new business they're hoping for would allow them to resume their long-dormant plans to build a new terminal facility.
