If I had to pick two out of a hat, I'd give priority to the Regent and the de Rome, both in the Mitte district (near the federal governemnt offices, and just steps away from both the Staatsoper and the Komiche Oper, for example).

Im looking for a hotel that costs between 100$-200$
per night.
