@ORD,

I just went through the same thing myself. I applied the value of a previously cancelled trip to a new itinerary. The CO receipt will show the total amount of the new trip, with the taxes/fees broken out. You will not see the value of the cancelled trip listed. The actual amount charged to your credit card will be the new itinerary total less the value of the original itinerary plus the $100 change fee.
