The one I like to go to is Kirin Court off of 75. Their busy hours are between 11- 1pm so the food is abundant and hot around these times. The other one is Maxim's but I don't think it is as nice although the food is still good- also off of 75.
I tried Kirin Court today and wasn't very impressed. The food was marginal. The Coke was cold. The plastic sheeting for table cloths was new and not very impressive at all. I'll try it again next weekend to make sure I'm not wrong with my impressions, but I'm not gonna give it much hope.

Next time I go back home to Los Angeles, I'm hitting my usual dim sum restaurant and I'm asking the old man if he'd like to open up a restaurant in Dallas.
