Agreed, but it is indeed a very useful feature. Especially valuable for people with other * programs, this is a way for them to retrieve & manage their UA reservations, which they couldn't do previously. Cool feature (assuming it actually works), poor presentation/integration into the website. That is a pretty good trade-off to the norm: good presentation, poor funtionality
