Would like to ask if Caviar will be served or not for this daytime departure? If so, will I get it for the 1st meal, 2nd meal, or both? Will it be pre-plated or served in front of you with a trolley? Reason for my question is that I have heard there are 1 or 2 longhaul CX sectors that do not serve caviar, thus I am rather curious.

Also is the trick for a day flight like this is to sleep very little or no sleep at all since it will be arriving into HKG at night?
As for the caviar and salmon bring served at your seat...it is 50/50. it depends on the crew. I have seen individual and 'group' service. The caviar and salmon service will only be offered once during the flight..unless you specifically ask for this service. As far as sleeping...plan for your destination...if you want to sleep when you arrive--don't sleep on the plane and enjoy everything. If you want to arrive and be alert..do sleep on the plane have a great time on your arrival...CX will do everything they can to accomodate your wishes! Enjoy your travels!
