I think HON should be a real "honorary" level not linked to any $$$ spending. Hence, it should only be awarded to folks who clock 300,000 annual BIS miles in award O on LH metal. The miles for these awards need to be aquired through non-flying activity, proving that you are a really loyal M&M heavy user.

Additionally, HON should be awarded to everybody living in postal code 83126.
