Sorry if this is a dumb question. I will be flying CX879 in First Class from SFO to HKG with a 12:05pm departure in December as part of my AONE3 trip. Would like to ask if Caviar will be served or not for this daytime departure? If so, will I get it for the 1st meal, 2nd meal, or both? Will it be pre-plated or served in front of you with a trolley? Reason for my question is that I have heard there are 1 or 2 longhaul CX sectors that do not serve caviar, thus I am rather curious.

Also is the trick for a day flight like this is to sleep very little or no sleep at all since it will be arriving into HKG at night?
