I'll write a report soon, but next time I'll be in BKK I'll go straight to the Sukhothai where I stayed about a month ago. I was looking forward to my stay at the MO in BKK as it is said to be the best hotel in the world or among the best. I spent a night in a club room in SIN last december and I loved it (even though rooms are a bit small); my stay in SIN had me booking the MO in BKK. The breakfast spread (buffet) at the MO in SIN is vastly superior; the one in BKK is subpar, inferior to the buffet I had at the Silom Holiday Inn.
Well that just highlights why different types of hotels thrive in each city around the world, as one person will love a certain hotel, whilst another will hate it!!
