Yes it is ONLY a CX benefit and ONLY applicable on CX flights (not 100% sure on codeshares, but if there is CX lounge and you have a CX flight no, you mgiht get in)

in PER Cx will print you an invitation to the QF Lounge
for HKG you will use the Pier or Wing J class

JFK you get access to the BA Terrace

Again, you will get invitation cards! Some people here say the cards are useless, but I think it is a great way to ensure you won't get refusal of entry by the BA lounge dragons.
