I hear you loud and clear and I meant it when I said half qualify for the sub-catagory. The other half are excellent employees doing a good job with care, politeness, courtesy and professionalism.

yup as there's that a few that work sfo-ua which should be cloned as they are simply outstanding ^^^. i've gotten to know a few of them and not only are they good but they actually enjoy their work by showing a positve and upbeat attitude [and have a great sense of humor complete with the obligatory "oh, no not you again"
