Will I be jailed by this new kind of airline computer technology?

Aviation Week and Space Technology reports:
Estimates from the Association of European Airlines indicate that no-shows cost airlines an average of 1.6% of their total revenue. The problem in the U.S. is more severe.

The Integrity system looks for bookings that are not ticketed, duplicates, fake names, redundant or incomplete itineraries and other aspects. It recommends a course of action and follow-up to clarify issues. Finnair began using the system ...

*****I know someone who left France without paying the electric bill because the company wouldn't send a final bill on time. Is France such a police state that he will be detained upon re-entry into France? This is a serious question, unlike the ff question earlier in this post.
