Catonis, do you remember when you originally mailed in your receipt & redemption request? I sent mine the day after Father's Day, so June 18. Upon calling today they now have a recording, however, you can get through to a person. Same story as 2 weeks ago--wait another 2 weeks. I hope we have better luck at getting our hotel choices (if the vouchers ever come).
