While RJ international business isn't bad I don't believe the seats really compare to BA's lie flat seats.
For me BA would be the way to go.
Very true about IB only using only 319's - 4 to 5 hours of not very business-like business class.
RJ also uses just small planes Amm-CAI.
The choice for me would be the convenience of DFW to LHR with AA or BA via Canada
BA - great seats and sometimes great service

Upper Deck on a Club World 747 is for me, as good as first class. (Downstairs and 777 always feels a bit packed and has far less value).
A few things to note;
From Montreal it's one a day 777 - which may or may not have the new AV system by the time you fly.
If you can get Toronto on the timetable it is showing 747's^ but also 767

The best of the lot is Vancouver (if you can get it) 2 x 747's and a long enough flight to both enjoy it and sleep.
