(She passed this little tidbit on to me as I was filling out a claim for my Travelpro bag that was stolen. I think it was stolen because it spun around on the carousel for quite some time because it got to LAX about 5 hours before I did and some opportunist took it because he could, not because it was a Travelpro.)
