Option 1 - (WCHR) A Customer requesting the use of an airport wheelchair but is mobile to board the aircraft without assistance.
Option 2 - (WCHC) An immobile Customer in need of an aisle chair and lift assistance into the chair.
Option 3 - (WCMP) A Customer using a personal manual chair.
Option 4 - (WCBD) A Customer using a power chair with a nonspillable (gel or dry cell) battery.
Option 5 - (WCBW) A Customer using a power chair with a spillable (wet cell) battery.
Option 6 - (MAAS) A Customer with cognitive disability in need of assistance with baggage claim and/or connecting gate.
Option 7 - (BLND) A blind or vision impaired Customer.
Option 8 - (DEAF) A deaf or hearing impaired Customer.
Option 9 - (PNUT) A Customer allergic to peanut dust.
Option 10 - (SVAN) A Customer traveling with a service animal.
Option 11 - (ESAN) Customer traveling with an emotional support animal.
Option 12 - (PPOC) Customer traveling with an approved portable oxygen concentrator
